1. From Business Analyst to Design Thinker
2010-2014
Began in SaaS and startup environments translating requirements into wireframes — where I first bridged business logic with user needs.
2. Hands-on UX Designer in Enterprise Systems
2014-2021
Moved into full-scale UX at Cognizant, designing B2B products with user research, wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing.
3. Leading UX for High-Impact Consumer Apps
2021-2022
Redesigned major telecom apps at Ooredoo, boosting digital transactions, app store ratings, and user satisfaction.
4. Driving Strategic UX at Scale
2022-Present
Currently shaping design strategy across mobile, web, and kiosk platforms at Omantel — aligning UX with revenue, retention, and product growth.
